Works in Progress
This is what Totally Custom Toys is all about!
At the thrift shop the other day I get pretty excited to find a nice sized, jointed horse toy. Determined to find a doll who could ride it, the only one was this Rapunzel with a “Tangled” mess of hair.
Hours of combing later I bring them to my workbench to figure out what else they need… and who happens to be sitting on my workbench from the last thrift visit?! But Flynn Rider of the same scale!
The frying pan I borrowed from our Critters was a little too small, so I 3D printed a frying pan and some apples. Then made a usable sized leather satchel for the accessories. Making it perfect for play, that’s what it’s all about!
See what items we have listed right now! Dolls ready for customization, second hand finds, and more.

Sometimes an idea doesn't get past the notebook, but maybe one day....
My favorite tool in the workshop... the Dremel Micro. Great for working on tiny things!
Evolution in art... a new canopy of leaves for this tree made of paper mâché clay.
Mr. Evans working on our Nickel Hockey board (finished now).
We built this tree out of chicken wire, woven strips of recycled cardboard, old furniture and covered with strips of soft brown fabric.
When you can't sow a garden... why not sew one?! (Click to see what I was working on.)
Frida Kahlo inspired repaint, she still needs flowers in her hair.
